Our delivery service
We deliver all over the world to your delivery address.
Our average production time is 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our teams do their utmost to dispatch in the shortest possible time. As soon as it is shipped, our carrier takes over for delivery, which takes place within 24 or 48 hours in France, where our workshops are located.
For external deliveries the delivery time is between 1 week and 3 weeks.
The shipping costs are not included in the starting price, are amount varies depending on your location.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my package is not delivered ?
If your package hasn’t arrived yet and the delivery times have been exceeded (see delivery times in the sections above) Contact us directly by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or on the “Contact” section. We will then be able to give you more information about the location of your package.
What should I do if my package is damaged ?
Unfortunately, some parcels may experience small mishaps during transport. In such cases, the transport company will pay the compensation.
When the package is handed over to you by the deliveryman, we invite you to carefully inspect your package. If the package shows any sign of damage on the cardboard box, but the goods are intact, we invite you to indicate this on the delivery note presented by the deliveryman.
If your product has deteriorated and becomes unusable, we invite you to take a photo of the package and a photo of the damaged goods. These photos must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery to the email address email@example.com. Beyond this deadline, we will unfortunately no longer be able to file a claim with our carrier.
Can I cancel or change an order?
According to article “L. 121-20-2, 3°” of the Consumer Code, the law on the withdrawal period for the e-commerce sector does not apply to our type of goods. You cannot therefore make any changes once your order has been placed.
